Refund & Cancellation

Though we take utmost care while delivering the right product to you, we understand that sometimes the product might not give you 100% satisfaction.As a friendly bunch of people, we want you to be happy with our products so that you can flaunt it & get compliments :)


How will the Returns/Exchange Process?

Step 1:  Go to My Returns & Exchange Section, fill up the order ID and Place the Return/Exchange Request

Step 2: Upload the unboxing Video & Images of the product received.

Step 3: Wait for our confirmation, whether the return/exchange request is approved or rejected.

Step 4: If return/exchange request is approved you will have to ship the product back to us within 2 days. If the return request/exchange is rejected, look for the reason or speak us on our helpline +91-9867764381

Step 5: After the product is received and has successfully cleared the inspection & claims submitted by you, Refund will be initiated thru bank transfer or store credits shall be given to you.


Return/Exchange Requests cannot be raised in the following cases:

·         Color and Description Discrepancy are not acceptable. The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online.


·         Any product purchased from our ‘Sale’ Section will not be approved as a return except if it's an error at our end relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake. 


Return Requests are approved if:


·         Product is Defective : This is a highly unlikely scenario as we lay significant emphasis on quality! All products pass through multiple levels of checks before being delivered. Our courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back.


·         Size Mismatch or Wrong Product Received: Did we deliver a wrong size  or wrong product to you? Don’t worry, we’ll be happy to help you on


Note: For a faster process, share the unboxing video & images of the received products highlighting the problem. Incase of any measurement issue, mark the measurement of the received product with a measuring tape and share images of the same. Please make sure the measuring tape if firmly held and rightly placed.

 Exchange Requests are approved if:

 ·         Size Ordered by you Is not fitting:

We will exchange the product after inspection and send you a fresh piece in the size you want, depending on availability of the size. If the size is not available, store credits will be provided to you

 ·         You dint Like the product:

We will accept the product back if you do not like it and the refund will be processed in the form of store credits.

Return Requests are rejected if:

·         Unboxing Video Not provided

·         Pictures of the product received not provided

·         Returns raised after more than 48Hrs of delivery

 Exchange Requests are rejected if:

·         Exchange request is raised after more than 48Hrs of delivery

·         Repeat Exchange Request is raised on previously exchanged product.

 Return/Exchange Request is Approved, Now Ship Back the product to us:

 ·         Once the return/exchange request is approved We shall send you an email on the details on shipping the parcel back to our facility. You are requested to dispatch the parcel as soon as possible and preferably through a reputed courier only.

·         Please make sure to reply to the approval email as soon as you ship the parcel back to us. Please ensure that the original packaging, tags, and labels are not tampered with. The claim for returns will not be processed without the same.

·         We do not accept any returns/exchange if the product is dispatched to us after more than 2 days from the day approval is sent to you, so please make sure you ship the item as soon as possible

 IMPORTANT: Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Approved” Confirmation email from us; we will not  be able to entertain such requests and there are chances that your parcel might get misplaced for which no compensation shall be done from our end..

Return shipping Cost:

·         Upto Rs.100/- a return shipping cost will be reimbursed to you in form of Store Credits if the product is shipped within 2 days of returned request approval.

·         Any of the Shipping Charges will not be Refunded in case of Exchange Requests.

Inspection of Return/Exchange Products:

As per policy, our teams shall review the return/exchange products and identify the defects/variation as highlighted by you. Post inspection, our team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis:

·         Replacement of a fresh piece of the same item if product received by you was defective

·         A Store Credit that can be used to purchase any other alternate product on Stylista Fashionss.

·         A Refund as decided on a case to case basis.

·         Exchange in Size other than the ordered size, upon availability and manufacturing

After Exchange Request is Approved- Deductions Applicable from Billing Amount:

IAs per policy, we have shipped the product as ordered by you, hence following charges will be borne by you if you wish to exchange the product

·         Any of the Shipping Charges will not be Refunded.

·         30% of Product value will be deducted as an operational & handling cost.

 For example. You bought a Kurti worth Rs. 700 & 100 Shipping. Now if you place a exchange request of this kurti, you need to ship back the kurti to us on your expenses and  a 20% of product value will be deducted, which means Rs. 490/- will be refunded to you as a store credit for next purchase.




·         All applicable refunds via bank transfer will be initiated by us within 7-10 business days from the date refund is initiated

·         Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account no you share with our support team via email on, in 4-5 working days after initiating the refund.

·         Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways






·         The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

·         While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

·         A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

·         It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

·         While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following -

Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no fool proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.

·         Many a times green and blue shades also overlap. same is the case with offwhite, white and cream colors. Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.

·         Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.

·         Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.




·         Beads/Stones and Sequences Missing or Coming off we believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off.

·         Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
